What is Foreman?
Foreman is your operator-facing AI assistant inside Hardtack. Ask it questions about your customers, jobs, invoices, and dispatch — by chat or browser microphone — and let it draft routine actions for you. Sensitive actions like refunds and outbound messages always require your explicit approval before they execute.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. Foreman uses your tenant's data to answer your questions, but your data is never used to train shared AI models. Conversations are encrypted at rest and retained on a 7-year schedule aligned to billing-dispute and DOT-compliance timelines.
What happens when I hit my Foreman usage cap?
You set two caps per operator: a notify threshold and a hard cap. When Foreman usage crosses the notify threshold, your admin gets an in-app and email alert so you can review activity. When it crosses the hard cap, Foreman pauses for the rest of the billing period — your voice agent and dispatch keep working as normal. Caps are configurable from the admin portal.
