Delete your account.

How to request deletion

Email support@hardtack.ai from the address on your account, with “Delete my account” in the subject, and tell us which company you work for. You don’t need the app installed.

What happens next

We confirm the request is yours, then respond within 45 days, extendable by another 45 where the law allows. You can appeal if we decline, and asking won’t change how we treat you.

What we delete

Your account and the personal information linked to it.

What we keep

• Records the law requires us to keep, such as financial records and waste-disposal manifests, for the period the law sets.
• Encrypted backups, until they expire on their normal schedule.
• Records your company keeps about its own work. Ask your company about those.

Contact that company first. It controls your service records, and we help it respond.
